Fees are determined by scope, goals, and the type of support required, with project-based pricing, retainers, and hourly rates available depending on the nature of the work. After an initial conversation, I’ll provide a clear proposal outlining recommended services, timelines, and fees so you can understand exactly what support looks like before deciding how to move forward. Smaller or emerging organizations are always welcome, and I’m happy to discuss right-sized options that align with your capacity and budget. Do you offer hourly rates or project-based fees?
Yes. Depending on the type of support needed, I offer hourly consulting, flat project fees, and retainers. Most organizations prefer project-based pricing for clarity and budgeting, but hourly support is available when it’s the best fit.
How do you determine pricing?
Pricing is based on scope, complexity, timelines, and the level of collaboration involved. After an initial conversation, I provide a clear proposal outlining services, deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Do you work with smaller or emerging organizations?
Absolutely. I welcome organizations at all stages and am happy to discuss right-sized options that align with your capacity, priorities, and budget.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Some projects require a minimum scope to ensure meaningful results, but I’m always open to an initial conversation to determine what level of support makes sense.
What happens after the first conversation?
Following a brief discovery call, you’ll receive a proposed scope of work and fee estimate. From there, you can decide whether and how you’d like to proceed - no pressure, and no obligation.
