My Approach

My journey began with a clear and deeply held purpose: to help nonprofit organizations strengthen their fundraising capacity through annual and major giving programs, secure grant funding, and ultimately expand their impact and create meaningful change in their communities. Over time, my work naturally expanded to include nonprofit formation, strategic planning, board development, fundraising planning, branding and marketing, and communications.

Along the way, I repeatedly saw how difficult it can be for new and smaller organizations - often doing critically important work - to access the resources and professional support needed to grow and thrive. That ongoing reality raised an essential question: how can nonprofits be better supported to build capacity, sustainability, and long-term impact?

With a particular passion for animal and wildlife welfare, environmental conservation, and social services, my work is grounded in a strong belief in the interconnectedness of human, community, animal, and environmental well-being. I am especially drawn to supporting organizations with missions rooted in this shared understanding of “one welfare,” where thriving communities and healthy ecosystems go hand in hand.
